Komen Grant eManagement System (GeMS)
Susan G. Komen Arkansas uses an electronic grant application and reporting process. The GeMS website can be accessed here.
Komen Arkansas has created a manual to assist all current grantees with GeMS.
All grant reports (six month progress and final reports) must be submitted through GeMS. Please use the link above to access the GeMS website and utilize the manual link for all reporting instructions.

*GeMS will not accept any reports after 5:00pm CST on these due dates!

Grant Changes/Grant Amendments
All current Komen Arkansas grantees are required to inform the Affiliate of any significant changes related to their funded project. All grant amendments must be submitted through GeMS. Please use the link above to access the GeMS website.
The GeMS Grantee User Guide has complete instructions on how to submit a grant change/grant amendment.
Komen Arkansas grantees are given a discount on all Komen produced education materials. Grantees interested in ordering Komen breast health educational material visit ShopKomen.com/komenarkansas where you can purchase large quantities or download certain items for free.
