Komen Events
Special events such as the Komen Arkansas Race for the Cure®, Build for the Cure™, and third party events such as Rally for the Cure®, Skate for the Cure, and Ride for the Cure, are the life-blood of the Affiliate.
The majority of the money the Affiliate raises and awards to area not-for-profits is generated from a variety of events ranging from Affiliate-organized and hosted to third-party events, where the Affiliate is the designated beneficiary.
Whether an event is driven by the Affiliate or the Affiliate is a beneficiary, the common thread that ties all events together is the hard work, commitment and passion of our volunteers and supporters.

Special 3rd Party Events
We welcome the opportunity to work with community organizations and individuals who wish to hold a special event fundraiser to benefit the Komen Arkansas Affiliate. However, we do require that a "Letter of Agreement" (LOA) is completed which outlines the details of the event and grants permission to use the Komen name and logos for your event.
